SeaMazz® Cooked Shrimp Ring

Fully Cooked - Just Thaw and Serve!

Preparation:

To Thaw: Slow thaw for best results. Remove shrimp ring from carton. Do not remove plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator on a plate overnight until thawed. Remove plastic wrap, drain any excess water. Cover and place back in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Quick Thawing: Remove shrimp from carton and remove plastic wrap. Place open tray under cold water for approximately 5 minutes or until thawed. Drain excess water and part dry surface. Place shrimp ring on a plate and keep covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions:

The SeaMazz® Cooked Shrimp Ring is ready to serve once thawed. Garnish with lettuce and lemon slices and serve with cocktail sauce.

Tangy Shrimp Cocktail Sauce:

In a small bowl combine 1/3 cup ketchup, 2 tsp. horseradish and 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Mix well, cover and refrigerate. May be prepared a day in advance. Thaw and drain cooked shrimp. Arrange shrimp on lettuce leaves with generous spoonful of cocktail sauce in center. Garnish with lemon wedges.
