SeaMazz® Seafood Medley

Preparation:

For best results place desired amount in covered bowl of cold water and refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Let drain for another 2-3 minutes, then cook according to recipe.

To Quick Thaw: Place desired amount of Seafood Medley in a bowl of cold water for approximately 5-10 minutes, gently rotating. Let drain in a colander for 2-3 minutes. Cook immediately or refrigerate in a covered bowl of ice water until ready to use.

Add flavor to all your favorite recipes!

Sprinkle Seafood Medley into stir-fry, stuffing, or casserole
Add to your favorite vegetable soup for a quick seafood chowder
Sauté in olive oil, add Seafood Medley to marinara sauce, and serve over linguini
Sauté in butter, garlic and splash of white wine, serve over cooked rice
Simmer in white wine, cool and toss with olive oil, red wine vinegar, chopped celery, and Italian parsley for Mediterranean fish salad
