SeaMazz® Greenshell Mussels on the Half Shell
Preparation:
Cleaned and lightly blanched during processing, these succulent, tender
mussels take only minutes to completely prepare and creatively present,
right in their own beautiful "serving dish!"
Serving Suggestions:
| Basic Serving Suggestions: |

Mix seasoned bred crumbs with softened butter. Place frozen mussels
in a baking dish. Place a teaspoon of mixture on each mussel, drizzle
with white wine. Then bake at 375° for 5 minutes or broil until
brown on top. Serve with lemon wedges.

| Steamed Mussels: |
|
Melt one stick of butter or margarine in a covered stockpot. Add
2 cups white wine and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Steam frozen mussels
in sauce until hot, about 2-4 minutes. Serve with a loaf of crusty
sliced bread to dip in sauce.

| Simple & Easy Chilled Mussels: |
|
Defrost frozen mussels in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled with lemon wedges or your favorite salsa.

| Prepare Your Favorite Pasta Sauce: |
|
Place frozen mussels in the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Toss
over the pasta of your choice.
