Lobster Roll CKL meat – The quintessential lobster sandwich. Maine Lobster meat is tossed with mayonnaise, drawn butter, celery and scallions and served in a hot dog style bun.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
2 hot dog buns or slices of white bread
½ pound lobster
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons celery, diced
2 tablespoons scallions, diced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pinch cayenne
Salt and pepper
Method:
Butter bread and griddle until golden brown. Combine melted butter, mayonnaise, celery, scallions, lemon juice, cayenne, salt and peppers. Toss Maine lobster meat in melted butter mixture. Fill rolls with Maine lobster meat and enjoy.
